三、2019年展会情况简介

about the 2019 Exposition

2019中国（上海）国际应急安全与消防博览会将于2019年11月5-7日在上海新国际博览中心举行。本届展会由中国机械工业集团有限公司、应急救援装备产业技术创新战略联盟、新兴际华集团有限公司、中国航空器材集团公司、上海消防工程设备行业协会主办；中国机械国际合作股份有限公司、中国海洋航空集团有限公司、新兴际华应急产业有限公司、承办。

China (Shanghai) International Safety & Emergency Exposition will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from December 5th to 7th, 2018. This event is hosted by China National Machinery Industry Corporation Ltd., China Emergency Response Alliance, Xinxing Cathay International Group, China Aviation Supplies Holding Company and Shanghai Fire Engineering Association. The organizers are China National Machinery Industry International Co., Ltd., China Ocean Aviation Group Limited, Xinxing Cathay Emergency Industry Co., Ltd., GuangDong Xinhaijun Development Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Lisheng Exhibition Co., Ltd Shanghai Liguo Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.

进入新时代以来，随着我国进入全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的关键时期，政府和全社会对公共安全、社会安定都有新的认识和要求。展会顺应政策导向、民众需求，依托近年来应急产业的快速兴起和不断发展，利用上海辐射长三角的区位优势和国际化优势，在中央有关部门，上海市经信委、上海市应急办等部门的大力支持下，展会以“打造国际大安全平台”为主题，致力于打造应急产业领域专业展会平台，力争在加快关键技术和装备研发、优化产业结构、推动产业集聚发展、支持企业发展、推广应急产品和应急服务、加强国际交流合作等方面做出一定贡献。

In the new era, China now is in a critical stage of finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects. The government and the public have developed stronger awareness and higher demand for public security and social stability. The exhibition follows the policy orientation and addresses people’s needs. Inspired by the emergence and rapid development of the emergency response industry in recent years, we will hold the exhibition in Shanghai,an international city influencing the city cluster in the Yangtze River delta. Relevant authorities of the central government, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information and Shang Emergency Response Coordination Center provide support for the exhibition. The theme of the event is “Building a Comprehensive International Platform for Security”. We aim at holding a professional exhibition about emergency response. We hope that this platform can be helpful by promoting R&D in key tschnology and equipment, optimizing industrial structure, promoting industrial agglomeration, supporting corporting expansion, marketing emergency response products and services and enhancing international cooperation in this regard.

Policy incentives boost the expansion of the emergency response market

随着国家对应急产业的重视不断提高，应急产业覆盖面广、产业链长、带动力强、社会潜在需求大，在德国等发达国家世纪金融、保险、电信之后大力扶持的产业。目前国内应急产业快速成长，有效推进了市场需求的增长。同时也为装备、材料、医药、通信、保险物流等领域提供新的发展空间，亦为孕育紧急救援服务等一批应急服务新业态提供土壤。据国家相关部委预测，我国应急产业市场年容量约5000亿元，如果包括所带动的相关产业链，市场年容量约10000亿元。

The Chinse government is paying more attention to the industry. The emergence response industry covers a wide range of business and a long industrial chain, thus it can strongly boost the development of relevant industries. And there is a significant latent demand for emergency products and services. In developed countries like Germany, the emergency response industry is another focus of policy incentives following finance, insurance and telecommunication. Now the industry is growing fast in China and the demand is also climbing. The development of the emergency response sector also provides new opportunities for equipment manufacturing, material, medical and pharmaceutical, communication, insurance and logistics industries. China now has a conducive environment for the emergence of new business forms in the industry such as emergency rescue. It is estimated by Chinese authorities that the emergency response market in China has an annual market size of 500 billion yuan. If you include industries boosted by the emergency response industry, the market size can reach 1 trillion yuan.

The exposition will be held in the international city of Shanghai. Shanghai is located in the middle section of China’s coastline and at the Yangtze River delta. It is closer to the Pacific than other cities in eastern China. Shanghai faces China’s major trading partners including Japan, Korea, US and Canada. It also has China’s largest industrial base and foreign trade port. Shanghai is known as China’s economic center and an important trade port. The city is also China’s largest comprehensive industrial city and a technology, trade, financial and information center in China. Shanghai possesses many features that make it an international economic hub: strong overall strength, advanced industrial capacity and significant influence on the city cluster.

本届展会顺应市场需求，集聚国内外应急领域高端资源，以高端装备、技术研究、新材料研究、标准制定、实验检测为重点，形成集“应急技术研发、产品生产、服务、商贸交流”于一体的协同创新平台。着力推进原始创新、集成创新，创造国内企业与国际企业交流平台，促进国内企业掌握共性技术，突破关键核心技术，尽快缩小与国际先进水平的差距，促进科技成果产品化、产业化；培育市场需求，推进应急产品在重点领域应用，形成对应急产业发展的有力拉动。展会对健全应急产业发展机制，加快形成适应我国公共安全需要的应急产品体系，推行应急救援、综合应急服务等市场化新型应急服务业态，不断提高应急产业对应对突发事件的综合保障能力有着积极的推动作用。

The exposition answers market demand and gathers high-end resources from home and abroad in emergency response. The event focuses on high-end equipment, technological research, new material research, standard setting, experimentation and tests. It will become a platform for coordinated innovation in emergency technology, product manufacturing, services and business negotiation. We aim at facilitating the communication between Chinese and foreign enterprises to promote home-grown technological innovation and integrated innovation. Thus, domestic enterprise can master some widely used technologies and make breakthroughs in core technologies to narrow the gap between China and other countries that are advanced in this regard. 高峰论坛 / Summit Forums

组委会将联合行业协会、行业媒体、政府部门共同组织应急产业高峰论坛，通过举办专业论坛聚焦行业发展，吸引行业专家、学者参与展会。

The organizing committee will organize a summit of emergency response industry by working with industrial association, specialized media and government authorities. Through the summit, we aim at attracting more attention to the industry by inviting experts and scholars to attend the event.

We have nearly 100 media partners including China Central Television, life service channel of Shanghai TV, Dragon TV, HC360.com, ifeng.com, 119tx.com, Xinmin Evening News and Labor Protection magazine. We will also use outdoor advertisement, online advertisement, wechat moments advertisement, subway advertisement, exhibition catalogue, ticket advertisement and advertorial for promoting the event and exhibitors. We will also build a booth for live streaming coverage.

组委会将通过各国使领馆、商务处、行业协会、大集团等渠道，重点邀请东南亚及其他相关国家和地区的专业观众参观展会。同时，组委会通过举办多场采购配对会的形式精准合作，打通应急产业链上下游壁垒，为参展商和买家提供一个共赢发展的交流平台。

The organizing committee will cooperate with embassies, commercial counsellor’s office, industrial associations and renowned businesses to invite professionals mainly from Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. Meanwhile, we will also hold multiple procurement matchmaking events to forge successful partnership. The events will be a platform for removing barriers for upstream-downstream cooperation and for exhibitors and buyers to seek win-win results.

展商将自行搭建其展位，但展位搭建方案包括搭建材料、搭建公司资质等资料需在2019年11月7日前提交组委会指定的主场服务商处，以便提前获得消防及相关方批准。

Exhibitors will build their own booths. But the booth construction program, including construction materials, contracter’s qualification and other information should be presented to the Organizing Committee in triplicate before November 7,2018 to make sure they can be approved by fire control institutions and departments concerned at an early date.
